Cohora provides a first-party data acquisition platform that enables brands to build owned, permissioned audiences at a fixed Cost-Per-Subscriber. Our services include subscriber acquisition, data delivery, and CRM integration.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use subscriber data in compliance with applicable laws
• Not resell or redistribute subscriber data
• Comply with all applicable marketing regulations

4. Payment Terms

Cohora operates on a fixed Cost-Per-Subscriber model. Fees are invoiced based on verified subscriber delivery. Payment terms are net 30 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Data Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that all delivered subscribers are verified, consented, and include complete GDPR audit trails. Invalid or non-compliant records will be credited to your account.

6. Limitation of Liability

Cohora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
